Turnovers

It’s been a few years since the Steelers were in the top third of the league in turnovers. But they currently stand tied at 6th in the league. Yes, we’re three games in. Yes, most of that came Monday. But how about them turnovers? The Steelers got themselves 3 interceptions, including a pick 6, as well as a fumble recovery.

The Steelers defense needs an identity and needs to tighten up a bit. They did that and then some against the Bucs. Even though a lot of the turnovers were bad throws. It’s just good to see those turnovers generated on pass plays when the secondary is still trying to come together.
