Vance McDonald

This guy just continues to entertain.

One week after set social media on fire with his stiff arm on Chris Conte last week in Tampa Bay, he continued to become a reliable target in this offense. For the longest time, it looked like Jesse James was going to continue to be the more reliable tight end, but Vance McDonald is quickly making a case for just the opposite.

McDonald did lose a fumble early in the game that led to a Baltimore touchdown early, but that was the only mistake. He made some huge catches, including a catch-and-run where it feels like he ran over all eleven Baltimore defenders.

McDonald finished with the same stat line as Antonio Brown, minus Brown’s touchdown. He hauled in five catches for 62 yards. As McDonald continues to become a more vital piece of this offense, the more dangerous this offense could potentially be.
