Where is the Secondary?

You probably saw this one coming. Where is the secondary? Rarely where they’re supposed to be. The Steelers are currently 29th in pass defense. The Steelers do have Morgan Burnett’s return to look forward to. Joe Haden’s skill was a welcome return. I would argue this unit has been doing the worst, but has the most clear opportunities to improve.

Most of the players appear to regularly make mistakes in positioning, coverage, and tackling. In terms of scheming, it is sometimes difficult to follow who is doing what or what role they’re serving. The problems on offense come down to Le’Veon Bell primarily. On defense, it’s hard to know where to start.
