13. Seattle Seahawks: Rashan Gary, DL Michigan
The Seattle Seahawks are the beneficiary of a very deep d-line group in this mock draft. Rashan Gary is a very versatile guy and someone I would like as a top ten player in most drafts. The Legion of Boom is gone in Seattle. They could look to the secondary here but I think this defense needs more than a couple of pieces before they can get back to scaring opposing offenses. That’s why I have them going best player available and taking a guy who immediately improves the defensive front.
14. Washington Redskins: Dexter Lawrence, DT Clemson
Dexter Lawrence is a very large human being. He is listed at 6’ 4’’ and 350 Ibs. He can be absolutely dominant on the interior of a defense. It has become a well-documented fact that Lawrence was not fully healthy last year. He was an absolute force to deal with last year and is now showing more explosion now that he is healthy. Lawrence is an absolute physical beast and the Redskins could be really lucky if Lawrence is still around this late on draft day.
