17. Denver Broncos: Will Grier, QB West Virginia
I have nothing against Case Keenum but I see him as a stopgap option under center for the Broncos and not a solution. Grier could be the franchise quarterback the Broncos have been looking for since Peyton Manning. The Heisman hopeful has had no trouble throwing the ball this season. He has thrown for nearly 1500 yards in only four games, completing over 70% of his passes. At that rate, it will be very difficult for teams to pass on the West Virginia star.
18. Tennessee Titans: Marquise Brown, WR Oklahoma
Corey Davis caught the game-winning touchdown in overtime against the defending Super Bowl champions and looks like he might be reaching the levels the Titans expected when they took him fifth overall adding Marquise Brown to the mix would just make the offense better. “Hollywood” is one of the most exciting players in college football. He is undersized but he’s fast and explosive and could open up a lot for players like Davis. A one-two punch of Davis and Brown would immediately be one of the most exciting in the NFL making life for quarterback Marcus Mariota a lot easier.
