The Pittsburgh Steelers could’ve used some time out of the spotlight, but after Sunday’s win at home, their top offensive weapon heard he’ll be involved with legal trouble.

Antonio Brown, one of the NFL’s most out-spoken players, is allegedly being sued by a family in Florida. According to CBS, Brown is being accused of nearly hitting a 22-month-old child and his grandfather with furniture he threw from his 14th story balcony in Florida.

The family of the toddler said two vases, an ottoman and other pieces. According to the lawsuit, one of the vases shattered in front of the grandfather and toddler, all happening about a foot or two in front of the pedestrians.

The lawsuit also claims that the toddler has since dealt with signs of fear and anxiety after running away from the incident and spending hours crying uncontrollably.

According to reports, Brown was acting aggressively and showed a lot of anger when dealing with the situation, yelling at security during the incident.

Although Brown has not spoken out regarding the matter, you’d expect something to come out about the situation. The wide receiver is all about his privacy, but when situations like this occur, he’s forced to clear his name for the team and his fans.

This is not something the Steelers were hoping would come up at this point in the season. Brown will need to keep his head focused on football, and the team will need to remove this distraction from an already long list.

More news on this situation will arise over time. As of now, we’re still waiting on Brown to make a statement, while his head is likely turned towards Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
