Joe Haden – Stock: Up

Joe Haden was a big singing in 2017 after being a surprise cut of the Cleveland Browns just before the season. He was brought in to help build a formidable secondary in Pittsburgh.

While the secondary is nothing close to formidable now, Haden has done his par. He was limited in 2017 with injuries and missed week two this season but when he is out there, he basically can shut down half of the field.

Haden proved that to be true against the Bengals this week when he defended two passes and held AJ Green down for the most part when he was assigned to him.

Haden’s two pass defenses were dropped picks but both prevented big plays for the Bengals offense. Haden has provided stability from at least one corner spot where Pittsburgh really didn’t have much to be happy about.
