19. Carolina Panthers: Marquise Brown, WR Oklahoma

The Carolina Panthers have weapons on offense, Christian McCaffery and Curtis Samuel are versatile weapons, Devin Funchess and Greg Olsen are reliable guys who can move the chains, however, they don’t have a game-breaking big-play threat as talented as ‘Hollywood” Brown to take the top off of a defense. Torrey Smith is currently used in that role but isn’t nearly as dynamic. Brown has a ton of speed and is very shifty, he is not a very big guy but he is someone that can affect a defense with just his presence on the field.

20. Washington Redskins: A.J. Brown, WR Mississippi

Josh Doctson hasn’t worked out in Washington and Jamison Crowder is solid but not a star. A.J. Brown started the season as one of the most talked about wideouts in the class before being surpassed by teammate D.K. Metcalf. With Metcalf out for the season, Brown has a chance to dominate the Rebels’ passing game and solidify his position as a first-round wide receiver.
