21. Cincinnati Bengals: Noah Fant, TE Iowa

Tyler Eifert is a very good player when he is healthy. Unfortunately, he is never healthy which makes Fant an intriguing prospect for the twenty-first pick. Fanta is an incredible athlete and talented all-around tight end. I expect him to be the next matchup nightmare from the tight end position like the Bengals drafted Eifert to be. He is the kind of player that is too big for defensive backs to handle and too athletic for linebackers.

22. Jacksonville Jaguars: Dwayne Haskins, QB Ohio State

There is no guarantee that Haskins will declare for the draft but if he does the Jaguars should take a serious look. Blake Bortles has shown flashes but has yet to put it all together. At this point in his career, it seems unlikely that Bortles will ever develop into a top-tier starter. There are some concerns that Haskins is a product of his college system and the team around him but the Jaguars can afford to take a flyer late in the first round.
