27. Pittsburgh Steelers: Mack Wilson, LB Alabama

I was tempted to go with a corner here but with Mack Wilson still available, I went with the better value. Wilson is thought by some to be the best linebacker in the class which would be a steal at number 27. The defense hasn’t been the same without Ryan Shazier and Wilson could develop into that star playmaker that energizes the defense. It is strongly possible that he continues rising up draft boards and is gone earlier than this but right now he’s a steal for Pittsburgh at the twenty-seventh pick.

28. Minnesota Vikings: Trey Adams, OT Washington

The Minnesota Vikings defense has not been as good so far this year as they were last year. But after signing Kirk Cousins this team needs to focus on their offense. Their running game has been underwhelming this year behind an offensive line that has been patched together for years. Trey Adams could be the future of the unit and solidify a lot of issues for years protecting Cousin’s blind side.
