9. Cleveland Browns: Devin White, LB LSU

No one can argue that the Browns are much improved under General Manager John Dorsey. They are still in a position where they need to add talent wherever they can. In my last mock I had them selection Greedy Williams, however this time he is off the board before the Browns selection. That’s why I have them going best player available and taking a dominant football player in Devin White. A guy who I expect to win a starting spot immediately on whatever team drafts him.

10. Tennessee Titans: Yodny Cajuste, OT West Virginia

Marcus Mariota was sacked 11 times last week. It has become the popular move to give the Titans offensive lineman in mock drafts for good reason. The offense in Tennessee has not been great this season and last week it was simply painful. The team needs to continue to load up on talent around Mariota who has yet to show an ability to elevate those around him in the NFL. Cajuste is a guy who has been rising up draft boards this season and could immediately help a struggling offensive line.
