13. Atlanta Falcons: Rashan Gary, DL Michigan

Injuries have absolutely decimated the Atlanta Falcons defense. As a result, they will likely be picking higher in 2019 than they planned on heading into the season. Gary is a guy that would make any defensive coordinator happy. He is incredibly versatile and probably more talented than a number thirteen selection would suggest. The Falcons have a lot of talent on the roster so the selection of Gary would be a luxury of going best player available.

14. Seattle Seahawks: Brian Burns, EDGE Florida State

Michael Bennett is no longer a member of the Seattle Seahawks leaving them without a player that was their best pass rusher at one time. The once dominant Seahawks defense is a shadow of what it used to be and could use an infusion of young talent. Pass rushers are hard to find in this league which makes Burns an easy selection for the Seahawks in the middle of the first round.
