The Ryan Shazier Moment.

This moment in Steelers History was so special, it didn’t even need a number. Generational players come along every once in a while that help defines the spirit of a team, thus a city. Our collective hearts broke seeing Ryan carried off of the field in Cincinnati, only to see our collective tears flow, as we watched him walk out to announce the pick for the Steelers during the 2018 draft. If there was ever a player that embodied everything that this franchise and to a greater extent, this city is about… it is Ryan Shazier. Enough said!

#12. The 1974 Draft – How to build a Franchise.

The Steelers personnel and coaches set the blueprint in terms of how to evaluate players for the team while building through the draft. I challenge anyone to compare bringing in four future Hall of Fame players all in the same draft. Can you say, “Homegrown”, like corn in a farmers field the talent was cooked to perfection.

#11. Steelers Super Bowl, No.4. Coach Noll’s last Championship.

Super Bowl XIV 31-19 win over the Los Angeles Rams in Pasadena  California. The Steelers started the game rough with Bradshaw throwing three interceptions before halftime creating a deficit of13-10. Swann got hurt and was out of the game trailing by two late, John Stallworth went to work. The Steelers became the first NFL Franchise to win four Super Bowls. Bradshaw MVP.
