Bud Dupree

This guy had been waiting to crack this list and he finally did it.

Bud Dupree had a fantastic game Thursday night. He was constantly in the backfield, disrupting Cam Newton’s pocket presence. He finally broke through in the second half with a sack, where he had come close on about five other attempts throughout the night.

The decision to swap sides with Watt and Dupree was a risky one, since Dupree had never really established himself as a good NFL pass-rusher. He still may not be there yet, but after a game like this one, he deserves credit. Dupree was great in this game. Watt and Dupree almost looked like the 90’s tandem of Greg Lloyd and Kevin Greene. Almost.
