23. Oakland Raiders (From Chicago Bears): Drew Lock, QB Missouri

The Oakland Raiders have plenty of holes but the quarterback position is the most important in the NFL and Derek Carr has not been a world beater this season. The franchise put all of their hopes on him when they traded away Khalil Mack and he has not delivered. Lock has the physical traits scouts look for but hasn’t put it all together yet. This selection would push Carr to play better and give Jon Gruden a young talented quarterback to groom into his guy.

24. Philadelphia Eagles: Quinnen Williams, DL Alabama

The Philadelphia Eagles defense is built around the defensive line. They rely on having plenty of quality guys to rotate through keeping everyone fresh and ready to go. Haloti Ngata is not getting any younger and the Eagles could use another piece to add to their rotation. Quinnen Williams is another guy that will go lower than his talent because of the D-line depth in this draft. He is incredibly versatile and will be able to make an impact all over the defensive line rotation for the Eagles.
