5. Arizona Cardinals: Jonah Williams, OT Alabama

The Arizona Cardinals are a bad football team. Unfortunately for them and their draft position they aren’t the only bad football team in the NFL. They do catch a break in this mock draft when all of the offensive linemen fall to them at the fifth pick. They need to work to protect Josh Rosen and get better up front to help their run game that has not been as good as expected. I went with Williams here over Greg Little from Ole Miss simply because I think they are both very good in pass protection but Williams is more powerful and effective run blocking than Little is.

6. New York Jets: N’Keal Harry, WR Arizona State

All of the New York Jets struggles the past few weeks can be tied to turnovers by their rookie quarterback Sam Darnold. In my opinion, the Jets need to look at how teams like the Eagles, Rams, and Bears have tried to help out young quarterbacks in their second season by surrounding them with weapons. The Jets have solid players in the wide receiver room but no go to number one guy. Harry might be a reach here but I love the way he plays. He is the type of player that will catch anything if it’s anywhere near him and consistently wins jump balls. He could be an immediate security blanket and go to guy for Darnold.
