2019 NFL Mock Draft: A lot of midseason movement
11. Miami Dolphins: Dwayne Haskins, QB Ohio State
The Miami Dolphins have a serviceable quarterback option in Ryan Tannehill but he is not someone who is ever going to be a top option in the NFL. They could turn to Ohio State’s Dwayne Haskins, someone who has risen up draft boards this season. He has the arm talent necessary to be a dominant quarterback in the NFL. There are questions that he is just a system quarterback, but he will be an intriguing option as the third quarterback off the board.
12. Oakland Raiders (From Dallas Cowboys): Raekwon Davis, DL Alabama
The Oakland Raiders have a need at wide receiver almost as big as the one at pass rusher, but there is not one that is worth taking at this point in the draft. The Raiders need to add talent wherever they can. This is a deep defensive lineman class which allows a player like Davis to fall all the way to number twelve. Adding Davis and Bosa would immediately transform the front seven of a team that has struggled defensively for years.
