15. Jacksonville Jaguars: Noah Fant, TE Iowa

Quarterback is undoubtedly the Jacksonville Jaguars biggest need in this year’s draft. Blake Bortles is very inconsistent and so far this season the bad moments have outweighed the good. He isn’t the only problem, the defense has not been nearly as dominant as they were last year, but a more effective offense could make life a lot easier for them. Noah Fant is an athletic freak and could be a top-five tight end in the league fairly quickly. He is a big-time weapon in the passing game and should become the go too option for whoever is under center in Jacksonville next season.

16. Baltimore Ravens: Brian Burns, EDGE Florida State

The Baltimore Ravens defense has been good this season but age is becoming a factor. They need to add pass rush even with Terrell Suggs still playing. I don’t see Suggs playing that much longer which makes edge rusher an even bigger need for Baltimore. Brian Burns out of Florida State can provide that. He has all the physical tools and should immediately step in and boost the Baltimore pass rush while developing a more complete game.
