2019 NFL Mock Draft: New names break into the top 10

9. Cleveland Browns: Devin White, LB LSU

The Cleveland Browns would probably like to put more talent around Baker Mayfield but Devin White is simply too good to pass up for a team that needs to continue to add talented football players. White is an athletic freak that can make plays all over the field. He has good instincts and the motor to make a ton of plays in any defense.

10. Detroit Lions: Rashan Gary, DL Michigan

Rashan Gary is the dominant athlete you expect from a former top high school recruit. He is the best player on one of the top defenses in college football. He is incredibly versatile and can play in any defensive scheme making him an ideal chess piece for Matt Patricia. The Lions need to upgrade their defense and Gary is an incredibly good value at the back end of the top ten selections.
