15. Indianapolis Colts: Dexter Lawrence, DT Clemson

For the first time in several years, it is possible to look beyond the offensive line when talking about positions of need for the Indianapolis Colts. Andrew Luck and the offense could use some playmaking help on the outside, but the bigger concern is the defense. The team has been on a winning streak largely due to the offense. The team needs to improve their defensive front and Dexter Lawrence has a rare blend of size and athleticism that makes him an elite prospect.

16. Miami Dolphins: Brian Burns, EDGE Florida State

The Dolphins could be in the market for a new franchise quarterback but at this point in the draft, they need to take the best player available. Edge rusher is a premium position in the NFL and Brian Burns could be the next dominant pass rusher. He has all of the athletic tools and is incredibly fast off the edge. He needs to work to develop more pass rush moves, but that should come with time and more advanced coaching.
