The coaching

It’s beginning to become tiring listening to people go back and forth about Mike Tomlin. One minute he needs to be fired and the next he needs to be coach of the year. Listen, Tomlin is one of the riskiest coaches in football. You either like the way he does business or you don’t but either way, most of the time it works.

He’s extremely intelligent and knows how to work with his team better than almost anyone. He makes adjustments and fixes his mistakes. Honestly, sitting on something he did last week or the week before just doesn’t make sense because as soon as they step on the field in Week 13, everything will be different.

No one in the locker room ever questions his methods so neither should we. Until this team is 3-8 waiting to see if the draft can fix their problems, the coaching staff is doing just fine. Let them do their job and either praise their riskiness or don’t – don’t keep jumping back and forth.
