Strategies vs. Tragedies

They say, “the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expecting different results.” Well, if last weeks game against the Chargers should of taught the coaching staff anything, trying something different just may give you a better result. The pundits have poured over the statistics and we heard or read all of the analogies regarding the strategies that quite simply did not work.

In fact, it was tragic how the game ended and it left not only the team but the whole city as well as Steeler fans everywhere in a funky mood. The coaches “stank up” the second half like smelly socks after ten games of basketball. This last quarter of Steeler football will have some long-term implications regarding the players along with this coaching staff. It is time for them to “man up” and draw that line in the sand by making better decisions while putting the players in the best position to execute.

They know what it takes to win, they have a track record of success to prove it. However, it has been quite some time since the last Super Bowl appearance and the leading man (Big Ben) in this movie wont be up for many more academy awards.

StrapUp and crew has the pulse of the city with many of the fans standing on the line with the team. We are lunch pail all day ready to face the challenges with the team and supporting them “ride or die”. The line has been drawn in the sand, time to put up! Until next week, be easy greasy, you got a long way to slide. I know its cold, but everything Black n’ Gold. Peace.
