Chris Boswell – Stock: Down

Boswell is having a great year, if you ask Bill Belichick. Trolling, clueless, whatever you want to call it, that is the furthest thing from the truth and everyone knows it.

Boswell’s six missed field goals and five missed extra points give him the league’s worst field goal percentage and third worst extra point percentage. He is a complete 180-degree opposite of the kicker we once loved and cheered for.

Boswell has some mental and mechanical issues to hone in or he risks being cut by the team. The front office made that perfectly clear when they held tryouts on Wednesday.

The team also brought in former Steelers kicker Shaun Suisham, in hopes he can help Boswell work through the issues and get back on track. I hope he turns it around but if he doesn’t, the Steelers may be forced to part ways and begin a new search for their next kicker.
