7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Justin Herbert, QB Oregon

The Jacksonville Jaguars defense is one of the most talented in the league, however, they took a step back this season. Without the defense playing at an absolutely elite level, the offense was unable to produce enough for the team to remain competitive. It is unlikely that the Blake Bortles era will continue in Jacksonville. Herbert has all of the physical tools of an elite quarterback, he needs to be more consistent but has all of the talent to succeed in the National Football League

8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: DeAndre Baker, CB Georgia

I have been projecting the Buccaneers to take a defensive back for weeks. They need to add several players in the back end of their defense and DeAndre Baker is a fantastic start. He is instinctive and has good ball skills. He isn’t afraid of contact and will help out against the run despite not being huge.
