15. Carolina Panthers: Clelin Ferrell, EDGE Clemson

Unlike the Giants and the Browns, the Carolina Panthers draft position is climbing after a five-game losing skid. The Panthers draft needs could vary drastically based on what happens in free agency but they could look for an edge rusher early whether Julius Peppers returns or not. Clelin Ferrell has amassed 26 sacks in three seasons at Clemson and has the physical tools to play in a 4-3 or 3-4 system. He plays on one of the best D-lines in the country which makes it harder for teams to double him but he is still one of the best pass rushers in the class.

16. Philadelphia Eagles: Julian Love, CB Notre Dame

There is no question that the addition of wide receiver Amari Cooper improved the Cowboys passing attack, but that is no excuse for a defense to surrender over four hundred fifty yards to Dak Prescott. The Philadelphia Eagles offense this season hasn’t been what it was in last years’ championship season but as evidenced by the day Prescott had last Sunday the defense is not the problem. Julian Love would be a good start to fixing a secondary that has been leaky at best this season.
