Anthony Chickillo

Anthony Chickillo is a quality backup for the Steelers but with the finding of Ola Adeniyi his tenure with the Steelers will come to an end after this season. The team may lose special team productivity with the loss but have options to find it again and a young playmaker they’d like to try at outside linebacker.

Many experts say Pittsburgh will be looking to draft an edge rusher this offseason, leaving Chickillo without a place on the roster. He’ll likely find a new home over the summer but for the Steelers he won’t be needed after the season.

This one is sadder to see a player who’s spent his entire career here than to lose someone valuable. Chickillo made a name for himself after being drafted out of Miami with little expectations in the NFL. Hopefully he can continue finding homes to play.
