Pittsburgh Steelers 7-Round Mock Draft: Replacing Antonio Brown becomes priority
By Edward Hunt
Round 6, Pick 19: Terry Beckner Jr., NT, Missouri
The Steelers will need to add some depth on the defensive line as all three of their backup defensive linemen are free agents. The Steelers will like Beckner for two reasons. One, he runs to the football and that is important in defensive linemen for the Steelers.
The second is that he could be position flexible. He has the size of a nose tackle weighing 300 pounds but he is more the athletic type so I could see him get some time as a defensive end. Position flexibility is important in defensive linemen.
Round 7, Pick 5: Dennis Daley, OT, South Carolina
The Steelers like to take the best player available and although they have depth at tackle, Daley could really be a diamond in the rough.
He is both a good pass blocker and a good run blocker, his lateral movement is decent and he has a big frame. I was particularly impressed with his tape against a good Clemson defensive line.
