23. Houston Texans: Andre Dillard, OT Washington State

The Houston Texans have a glaring need at cornerback this offseason but that pales in comparison to the importance of addressing their offensive line this season. Their quarterback, Deshaun Watson, was sacked 6 more times than any other quarterback in the league this season. Watson does need to work on getting the ball out faster, but the Texans will want to do everything they can to keep their young quarterback upright in 2019.

24. Oakland Raiders (From: Chicago Bears): D.K. Metcalf, WR Mississippi

This pick could surprise some after D.K. Metcalf suffered an injury this past season that ended his college career. If he was fully healthy Metcalf could be selected a lot higher in this draft. He has all the physical tools of the number one receiver that the Oakland Raiders desperately need after trading away Amari Cooper. If Metcalf performs well in the weeks leading up to the draft and can clear all of the medical tests he should reenter the round one discussion.
