19. Tennessee Titans: Jeffery Simmons, DT Mississippi State

I expect the Tennessee Titans to target a wide receiver early in this draft, but none really stand out as a top twenty talent. Noah Fant would make sense here as another weapon for Marcus Mariota, but Jeffery Simmons is hard to pass up for a team that could use more up front. Simmons is the best player left on the board largely because of his incredible athleticism for a three hundred pounder.

20. Pittsburgh Steelers: Devin Bush, LB Michigan

The Pittsburgh Steelers will be ecstatic if Devin Bush out of Michigan falls all the way to pick twenty. He is an incredible football player on the inside of a defense and can make plays all over the field. He checks all the boxes teams look for in a modern linebacker except for one. He is undersized, but that was once said about Ryan Shazier coming out of Ohio State and he turned out to be an outstanding player in Pittsburgh.
