Don’t lose unnecessary games

If 2018 should’ve proven anything it’s that you don’t put yourself in a winning position when you lose to teams below .500. This team is too good to lose to the Oakland Raiders and Denver Broncos. And if this offseason had a motto it would be, “we can’t win a Super Bowl when we tie the Browns.”

It needs to be embedded into this team like nothing else. Easy games this team should come in throwing 40-yard bombs and scoring 30 points before halftime. No more playing to other teams levels or playing it safe because it’s easy teams.

Years past, this wouldn’t have changed. They still made the playoffs so they weren’t forced to acknowledge that you don’t win if you lose to bad teams. They can’t hide from that anymore and Tomlin needs to engrave it into everyone’s mind before August.
