The Positives

Greedy Williams is the next in line to come from LSU who likes to lay claim to the title of DBU. Williams has the potential to be the next big thing in the draft and continue the trend of solid secondary players from the school.

Williams is a lengthy corner standing 6 foot 3 inch tall with longer arms and a lanky frame. He possesses solid speed and agility for his frame which allows him to stick with receivers in man coverage on the outside.

Williams is a ball-hawk on the outside accounting for 19 passes defensed and eight interceptions in just 24 games. He was able to display his superb ball skills  in just two years after red-shirting his true freshman season.

His long speed helps him to stay with deep threats and keep them from blowing the top off the defense. This is something that is coveted in today’s game with offenses looking for the big play more and more.

Williams frame could use some added bulk but, overall, he has a solid frame to be able to press receivers at the line. He seems to be a great man cover corner which is exactly what you need to beat some of the best quarterbacks in the league today.
