Ramon Foster

This is a no-brainer. BJ Finney has been fine as a backup, but moving on from Ramon Foster is giving up a key piece to one of the best offensive lines in football. If Finney turns into a Pro Bowler it’s a great move. If he’s a bust, this team struggles until they figure out how to fill the position.

It’s not a risk worth taking. The Steelers should consider moving on from one offensive lineman this season – Marcus Gilbert. They can find trade value for him somewhere and make Matt Feiler the starter.

Foster is going to take some money but he’s worth it. He’s not slowing down and should be a quality player through one more contract. Make decisions at this point, but right now, the Steelers need to keep this offensive line in tact.
