15. Washington Redskins: Drew Lock, QB Missouri

The Washington Redskins have their stopgap option at quarterback in Case Keenum to replace the injured Alex Smith but they don’t have the long term solution. Drew Lock has all the physical tools that teams look for. He likely isn’t an immediate starter and should need at least a year sitting behind a guy like Keenum but the importance of the position will likely drive him into the first round.

16. Carolina Panthers: Clelin Ferrell, EDGE Clemson

The Carolina Panthers pass rush has to get better if they want to improve their defense. Their best pass rusher last season has retired and the team could probably use a couple new players coming off the edge. Clelin Ferrell was one of the most productive edge players in college football the past couple seasons and that production should carry over to the NFL.
