The Pittsburgh Steelers have missed on several 1st round picks since 2013. Here are the players I would have drafted over the past five years.

The Steelers have missed in the 1st round on more than one occasion since 2013 when they drafted Jarvis Jones at pick 17 overall. Over the past seven years, we as fans have lost a little bit of confidence in our general manager.

Kevin Colbert was admittedly great earlier this decade. At one point, he drafted Maurkice Pouncey, Cameron Heyward, and David DeCastro with three consecutive first round selections from 2010 to 2012.

However, after drafting players like Jarvis Jones, Bud Dupree, Artie Burns, and Terrell Edmunds in the first round, the once dynamite GM has found a way to shake our confidence.

I have been keeping track of every Steelers draft pick I would have made since 2013. Though Colbert and I were like-minded on a few of these selections, I found that the players I would have drafted most years would have been much more desirable.

Unfortunately, not all of the picks I made were showcased on social media for the world to see. I do, however, have verified sources as eye-witness accounts to each of these selections who could back me up.

If you have been following my work, you know I have spent hundreds of hour researching the NFL Draft and breaking down film over the past few years. I create my own big board every year and stand by my assessment of players.

I do not claim to always be right in my opinion, but I strive to be the best at what I do. In fact, I don’t watch any other sports. Instead, I devote my time to staying ahead of the game of football.

Without further introduction, here are the 1st round picks I would have made dating back to 2013:
