3. Ola Adeniyi is a more complete player

Ola flashed last year but that that was only in the pass rushing department. He also had a nice pressure tonight on Jameis Winston. But that was not all he did. He flashed on special teams and showed that he can be an open field tackler as a linebacker.

The Ola Adeniyi of 2019 is a more complete player. I think he deserves to be the first up if Dupree or Watt go down. I also think he can dress because of his newly developed special teams ability.

My hope is that he blooms further into a player that can step in for Bud Dupree. I like his as a pass rusher and an linebacker. Dupree has been the player they drafted him to be in the first four years and so my hope is that they give the opportunity to someone who is younger and scrappier.

Unfortunately Adeniyi suffered a possible concussion in the second half of the game. Adeniyi was rock-solid on Friday night. Let’s hope this head injury doesn’t keep him off the field long.
