Stock neutral:

JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR

JuJu didn’t play well in his first preseason action, as he failed to create much separation and didn’t haul in any of his 3 targets. Still, I’m not concerned about his performance. JuJu is still the clear-cut number one receiver on the team, and stands to be one of the league leaders in targets this season. Draft him with confidence.

Vance McDonald, TE

Like JuJu, Vance McDonald didn’t have a great first preseason showing. He fumbled his lone reception, and didn’t see much work after that. McDonald stands to be a large portion of the offense this year. If he stays healthy, he has top 10 tight end potential.

Xavier Grimble, TE

Grimble didn’t exactly have an excellent game last weekend. He caught just one of his 3 targets against the Chiefs for 13 yards. Still, there is no competition behind him for the number two tight end role. He is not worth a spot on even the deepest fantasy rosters, but should be given a hard look if McDonald were to go down for a significant amount of time.
