Will the Steelers be able to stop Joey Bosa?

The Black & Gold will have to contain a star pass rusher in Joey Bosa. He is the brother of #2 overall pick Nick Bosa and more established in the league. The two brothers are both great pass rushers, and so it’s no windfall for the Steelers playing him this week.

The Steelers will have Matt Feiler matched up against him, and that is a better matchup than previously thought. Matt Feiler has been very steady for the Steelers in 2019. I give the edge in this matchup to Joey Bosa, but I expect Matt Feiler to contain him.

This is the matchup of the game to watch as the Steelers will need all the help they can get on offense. The offense has been the Steeler’s weaker suit this year, and they have several injuries on the offensive side of the ball.

Conclusion

The Black & Gold have a tough test against the Chargers, but this win will say a lot about their character. I think Devlin Hodges is someone to watch this week, and he could turn things around for the Steelers.

The Chargers are coming off a bad loss to the Broncos, and the Steelers are coming off some difficult losses. This Sunday night game will say a lot about the character of these teams. The odds are stacked against the Steelers, and so a win would be welcome.

The Chargers are 6.5 point favorites at home against the Steelers this week; so, an upset could electrify the fan base. I am really pulling for a win to remind the fans of the glory days of the underdog Steelers.
