Players who need more snaps:

Javon Hargrave

Despite coming alive with 2.0 sacks over the past three weeks, Hargrave has still only seent he field for 49 percent of defensive snaps. That number is sure to rise after Stephon Tuitt was placed on injured reserve last week.

It will be interesting to see what Hargrave’s role will be for the defense moving forward, but we can guess that he will see a significant uptick in snaps.

Vince Williams

It’s hard not to like the energy veteran linebacker, Vince Williams, brings to the table. But despite his healthy return from a hamstring injury that slowed him earlier this season, Williams has still logged just over 60 percent of defensive snaps for the Steelers over the past two weeks despite being healthy.

Some of this comes with Pittsburgh running sub-package defenses where they look for more speed. But Williams has been excellent in the last two weeks. He should see his snaps increased at Buck linebacker moving forward.
