The Steelers won on Monday Night 27-14 despite a poor start to the game. The Steelers are now a game from being .500.

The Steelers had a poor game, but they were able to notch a win over the Miami Dolphins. I would say turnovers from the defense catalyzed this win.

The offense struggled especially early in the game. The offense was able to pick it up in the second half. I would say Mason Rudolph was a little gun-shy at the beginning of the game.

Who is this team when they are healthy?

The only two injured players from this game were Jaylen Samuels and Ulysses Gilbert. That is relatively healthy for this time of year. The Steelers needed to shine against the Dolphins on Monday Night, and so injuries were not the issue to start the game.

The Steelers didn’t play well despite being relatively healthy. They were able to win in the end, but they were playing a team that has been linked to the slogan “Tank for Tua.” This tank for Tua implies that the Dolphins are trying to lose so that they can garner an early pick for which they can take Tua Tagovailoa.

They also had some more injuries in this game. James Conner had a shoulder injury, and Benny Snell had a knee injury. They are banged up at the running back position at this point. There were also injuries to Ramon Foster and Maurkice Pouncey.
