Heinz Field was rocking in full force Sunday as the Steelers dominated the defending NFC Champions. The Steelers now turn their attention to an opponent who, though have struggled, present as big of a challenge as the Rams.
Big kudos to Steelers Mike Tomlin and Keith Butler. They finally have the tools and execution to create a defensive force to be reckoned with. I am one foot off the fire Butler train.
There’s little time to celebrate for the defense as they will prepare for an opponent that is extremely lethal if you allow them to be. With every game having equal weight the rest of the way, the Steelers have no room for error.
The Rams game was filled with defensive dominance. On the other side of the ball, the Steelers offense left much to be desired. The good news is they were responsible for 19 points. The bad news is 9 went to the Rams on an aborted snap for an LA touchdown and a safety in the second half.

Mason Rudolph and company have a lot of things to work on this week after a rough outing. Despite Rudolph being able to get a few plays downfield, there were a lot of plays called back because of penalties, drives ending because of fumbles, and too many drops; many for first downs.
