Mason Rudolph

My last player on this list couldn’t be more obvious. Typically in football, you can only go as far as your quarterback will take you. While Pittsburgh’s defense has been fantastic since Week 3, the offense still has a lot of catching up to do.

Mason Rudolph is coming off the worst game of his career where he tossed 4 interceptions, was sacked 4 times and earned a passer rating of just 36.3. He has now gone four straight weeks without making a passer rating above an 86.0.

To make matters worse, Rudolph is the most talked-about quarterback in the NFL right now because of his poor performance and the late-game antics he was involved in last week with Myles Garrett.

The spotlight will be on Mason Rudolph this week, and he will have to make significant improvements if the Steelers are to come away with a win – even against a team like the Bengals.

Next. The Steelers offense needs to get ‘right’ against the Bengals. dark

With the way, this offense has been playing, walking out of Cincinnati with a win won’t be a piece of cake. These three players will have to step up to the plate and make a difference on the field for their team.
