The Steelers got sweet revenge after they all but ended the playoff hopes of the Cleveland Browns with a 20-13 win last week. They now take their focus out west against the Arizona Cardinals.

Steelers run continues. Just think after a 1-4 start, who would’ve thought we’d be here? Look at us… HEY… Look at us!

After the officiating of the NFL did everything they could to screw the Steelers last week, they persevered. They shut down the Browns offense in the second half and put the game away in crunch time–courtesy of Joe Haden.

While Steelers Nation celebrates and can dream of postseason being within reach, the Steelers will have to prepare for a bad and dangerous Cardinals team.

Remember how yinz wanted a “young offensive-minded” head coach and told me that’s the new path of the NFL? Remember how I said it’s merely a phase that will die out?

For those still on that hype train, those coaches an amazing 11-24-1 this year. Among those three franchises, I drew the stats from? The Arizona Cardinals.

The Steelers travel out west to take on the Cardinals as they look to inch close to the playoffs. While the Cardinals have a bad record, they aren’t necessarily a team to write completely off.

They have given the 49ers fits twice–both games being decided by 10 points or less. They also gave the Ravens some fits losing by only 6 points–which considering the Ravens peak performances, isn’t necessarily bad at all.

The Cardinals also have had their fair share of embarrassing moments; such as a 34-7 loss to the Rams last week at home (a team the Steelers beat.)

With the playoffs on the line, the Steelers will need to be prepared for whichever Cardinals team shows up in the desert this week. Here are three key matchups to watch…
