Hunter Bryant

TE Washington

As an underclassman (something the Steelers typically look for with their first pick), Hunter Bryant is a productive, athletic tight end with receiving ability. Unlike some of the other tight end prospects in this class, he is a player that should be able to step into a ‘move’ tight end role from day one and make a difference on passing downs.

At just over 6’2”, Bryant isn’t the biggest tight end, but he has drawn favorable comparisons to the Giants Evan Engram. Though he probably won’t test as well, Bryant has a chance to be on Pittsburgh’s radar with a solid showing. However, testing too well could assure that he will be going to high for the Steelers to get a chance at him.

J.K. Dobbins

RB Ohio State

The top four running backs (J.K. Dobbins, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, D’Adre Swift, and Jonathan Taylor) are all very close in my opinion. But I have a feeling the Steelers are going to like Dobbins best.

Dobbins is a big, well-built running back who can be an every-down player at the next level. He’s a productive underclassman from the Big Ten, and Tomlin loves his Ohio State players. With great testing numbers, Dobbins could be well out of Pittsburgh’s range, but this is guy they will have their eye on.
