Cornerback: 4th-6th round

The Steelers don’t have a 5th round pick this year. Though there could be some solid value as early as round two with players like Jaylon Johnson, A.J. Terrell, and Jeff Gladney, cornerback doesn’t seem like a nearly large enough need to address it that early.

Because of this, I think the best thing to do is land a corner somewhere on day three of the draft. Amik Robertson is a player I like who should slip due to size concerns. Other day three options include Cameron Dantzler, John Reid, Troy Pride, and Lavert Hill.

The Steelers retained Mike Hilton for the 2020 season, but there is an open cornerback spot after the loss of Artie Burns. Drafting a late-round depth option could be the way to go.

Top Choices:

  1. Amik Robertson, Round 4
  2. Cameron Dantzler, Round 4
  3. Lavert Hill, Round 6
