Defensive tackle: 2nd-3rd round

This is yet another positional group where the value will come early on in the draft. Players like Derrick Brown and Javon Kinlaw will be off the board. There are really only two players I would consider drafting in the second round: Justin Madubuike and Ross Blacklock.

After that, there are a handful of 3rd round candidates, including Neville Gallimore, Leki Fotu, Raekwon Davis, and Marlon Davidson. If you miss out on these players, you are best off waiting until the end of the draft to find a run-stuffing nose tackle.

The Steelers could be looking for Javon Hargrave’s replacement early, and there are only a few candidates who fit the bill. Here are some of the top prospects and the rounds Pittsburgh should consider drafting them in:

Top Choices:

  1. Justin Madabuike, Round 2
  2. Ross, Blacklock, Round 2
  3. Neville Gallimore, Round 3
