Wide receivers: 6

JuJu Smith-Schuster

Diontae Johnson

James Washington

Chase Claypool (R)

Deon Cain

Ryan Switzer

The Steelers almost always keep six wide receivers on their roster, and this year should be no different. Though I thoroughly believe Ryan Switzer is an expendable player, he has a chance to stick around as their final receiver.

Deon Cain also isn’t a lock to make the team this year, but he’s got the upper hand to a reserve wide receiver spot. JuJu Smith-Schuster, Diontae Johnson, James Washington, and Chase Claypool are not only locked to make the roster, but all four should see significant playtime in 2020.

While there could be a training camp stud that emerges this summer, Cain has a year of experience under his belt, and Switzer has loads of experience as a return man (albeit, and ineffective one). I think there’s a solid chance these are your six receivers heading into next season.
