1. Week 9 @ Dallas Cowboys

The Steelers game on the road against the Cowboys could be their most difficult contest for a number of reasons. For starters, Dallas is a very good football team with an incredibly talented roster. They have a start quarterback in Dak Prescott who continues to be on the rise, and they had a terrific draft in 2020.

In addition, this contest comes in Dallas immediately following the bye week. The Steelers are just 3-3 in their last six seasons after the bye. They struggled against the Dolphins last year after the bye, and they almost lost a 20-17 game against Jacoby Brissett and the Colts in Brissett’s first season as a starting quarterback in 2017.

The Cowboys are a really good team with a great run game and arguably even a better passing game. This should be Pittsburgh’s biggest defensive test of the season.
