Specialists (3)

  1. Chris Boswell
  2. Jordan Berry
  3. Kameron Canaday

The team should have some continuity with their specialists. Chris Boswell bounced back in 2019 and that is great for the Steelers. Jordan Berry is also able to hold down the punting duties.

Kameron Canaday was a dark horse to win the long snapper job when the Steelers drafted Colin Holba but he has surprised with his consistency. I think he keeps the job in 2020.

Conclusion

The Black & Gold have plenty of good candidates at each position to make the roster. It should be an interesting battle in camp.

I hope that we have training camp start on time and that we have sufficiently flattened the curve of this pandemic. If the virus is controlled enough, he could have great competitions at camp.

I would be prepared to see the season start later, but I still think there will be a preseason to get ready.

It is a little early to know who will be on the roster as there will still be plenty of battles to be had in camp. This time last year, a guy like Tuzar Skipper was an unknown. After training camp and preseason he became a player that Steelers fans hoped they had a roster spot for.
