A Week 7 division matchup against the hottest team in football last year is sure to get Steelers fans pumped. Roethlisberger has faced Lamar Jackson only once and that was during a 2018 Week 9 matchup after Joe Flacco went down with a hip injury.

As you know, Jackson was the unanimous MVP last season and beat Pittsburgh twice without Big Ben in 2019. Now we get to see two of the best quarterbacks in the NFL battle it out for the first official time in an important division game. The Steelers are one of Baltimore’s divisional threats in addition to the Browns, but I personally think Pittsburgh can match up better against Baltimore.

If the Steelers can beat the Ravens at home right before the bye, it gives the Steelers momentum and hopefully a two-game division lead if they beat the Browns a week prior. Last year, the Ravens and Steelers played a close game up until overtime where Baltimore ended up winning 26-23. That game the Steelers defense held Jackson to one of his worst-performing games with 181 yds, 1 TD, and 3 INTS and 70 rushing yards.

If it wasn’t for JuJu’s fumble in overtime and Mason Rudolph’s injury, I believe Pittsburgh should have won the game. It is going to be an exciting game on October 25th and the game can go either way but I think the Ravens eke out another close win at 13-10.
