If I were to count Lamar Jackson as a running back than this would clearly be the best unit in the league. However, I didn’t factor him into my rankings. Still, Mark Ingram is a good running back in his own right.

Despite being 30 years old in his 9th NFL season in 2019, Ingram still managed over 1,000 rushing yards and 10 rushing touchdowns to go with 5 touchdown receptions in the passing game.

In addition, the Baltimore Ravens selected J.K. Dobbins this year in the NFL Draft – a player that many Steelers fans were hoping Pittsburgh would go after in the second round. Dobbins doesn’t have one particular trump card, but he is good at everything and has a chance to be a feature back in the NFL with his ability to run, catch, and block.

The Ravens had the best running game in the league last year, and their group of backs will be better than Pittsburgh’s again in 2020.
